 We received the report from our Boys Home Care Taker… brother Sarvesh. Sarvesh has been faithfully partnering with us for many years. Sarvesh started working in the ALC, India Office almost three years ago. He is very good with the Boys and they really like him. God is using Sarvesh in His Ministry at ALC, India. Sarvesh is very thankful for this opportunity. He says, it is Encouraging for him.
In the month of July 2008…Sarvesh shared that he was able to clear all the pending bill and accounts which were charged last month in June 2008. We paid all the bills to the Milkman, Kirana, Barber and School Fees. God has blessed the ministry of ALC, India to be able to take complete care of the Boys by purchasing all the needed items!
We all came together for a Day of Fasting & Prayer at the ALC Boys Home on the Land at Shamirpet. The staff shared… we are very happy for Rev. Lee Ruud’s message… as it was a great blessing. We all enjoy his message.
All the Boys were really excited this month…Because on July 5th we started a Feeding Center at the ALC Land. We thank God for the newly started feeding center. Our God is such a Gracious God!
There are many poor children from nearby villages which are coming to the feeding center. Their first meal they receive is the Spiritual food, which is teachings from the Word of God Their second meal is their physical food (Rice, Vegetable Curry and an Egg) and after their meal….they will play and have a lot of FUN!
There are about thirty children total, this is including our ALC boys and Girls, which are fourteen. There is one cook and one helper which work daily. The children are learning Bible lessons, Action Songs, Memory Verse and much more. The children coming to the Feeding Center are coming to know about Jesus! Praise God!
Last Month, Moses - Gopal was sick and Samson had some vomiting. They suffered some, but we took them to Hospital…thru prayer and treatment God healed them. Brother Sarvesh is helping the boys physically and spiritually.

Utnoor Boys Orphan Home Visit:
Before going to Utnoor, we shopped in Hyderabad for eight (8) new trunk box’s (Boxes for the boys to put their clothes into), two (2) blankets & two (2) bed sheets for the (for the new two (2) orphan children) at the ALC Utnoor Boys Orphan Home.
We started our journey to the ALC Utnoor Boys Orphan Home at 10:30 pm in the night & reached Utnoor at 6:30 am in the morning.
We went to the Boys Home and started getting ready. We took the new boy Vineel to Adilabad for his medical check up. By Gods grace, the checkup came negative for any Diseases. We traveled back to Utnoor the same night.
The next day morning we went to the school to take some pictures of all the children in their classrooms and their tuition class. After that, we approached the school management & asked for the admission for the new Orphan Boy, Vineel into the English medium school; they conducted an entrance test in which the boy could not do well.
The new Orphan Boy, Vineel, was not able to write the entrance test, so the school management asked us to join him in Telugu medium government school. We are sending him to tuitions so that they will teach him English and other subjects. We will see how well he does in learning and try to join him next year into the English Medium School. On the same day, we joined Vineel in the Government school in sixth class. We gave out the trunk boxes to the children & gave out the new blankets, & bed sheets. All the boys are so happy!
In the afternoon, we took the two new orphan boys for shopping to buy them 2 pairs of casual wear, 2 pairs of school uniforms, shoes, chapel, socks, note books, pens, and school bags. We spent time playing Cricket with the boys and shared a bible story of the prodigal son at their family prayer at time. That same night we returned to Hyderabad.
Orphan Home Praise Reports
- The Parents, Mr. & Mrs. Yohan are doing well. Mrs. Yohan had not been well for a week’s time due to fever; we prayed and she has taken same medicine and is well now!
- All the children where not well for one week due to all the rainy weather. We have been praying for them. The Doctor had checked them all and we gave them some medicine. Now, are now well.
- Raghunath went to the hospital, was there for two days, and underwent treatment. He is now back at home. The doctors said the reason for the illness is change of weather & there is viral fever in the area.
- Praise the Lord we got a new house cleaner for the Orphan Home. She is coming early in the morning by six o’ clock and going back at six in the evening.
- Praise the LORD we got two new orphan children joined our orphan Home. Vineel the new orphan kid got his admission in government school
- All the children at the Orphan Home asked to convey their thankfulness and gratitude for the new trunk boxes
- The new House for the Orphan Home is very good & spacious (there are two big rooms). It is bigger then the other house which had only three rooms. It has both in the front & backside big open area. There are nice bathing areas & good toilets.
